This website describes The Design Factory, selected work, services, and strategic concepts. It does not by itself create a client relationship, formal proposal, contract, warranty, or guarantee of a particular result. Scope, investment, timing, responsibilities, and terms become binding only through an authorized written agreement.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the site design, writing, graphics, and original materials are owned by The Design Factory or displayed with appropriate client, licensor, and collaborator context. You may view the site for informational purposes. Reproduction, distribution, adaptation, or commercial use requires permission from the applicable rights holder.

Client trademarks and project materials

Client, partner, product, and program names, marks, and project materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance here provides portfolio and attribution context and does not imply an ongoing relationship, endorsement, or ownership by TDF.

Project and collaborator attribution

Complex projects are often collaborative. TDF aims to state its contribution precisely, distinguish broader campaign outcomes from studio-specific work, and credit lead agencies or partners when that information is available. Project dates, outcomes, and roles appear only when supportable from available records.

If you are a client, collaborator, or rights holder and believe a credit, image, role, or project description needs correction, contact Ari and Sederrick. We will review the request and update verified errors.

Third-party links and downloadable materials are provided for context. TDF does not control the availability, security, accuracy, or privacy practices of external destinations. Downloaded strategic materials remain informational unless incorporated into an authorized agreement.
