Project inquiry form
The project inquiry form prepares a structured message in your browser. Pressing “Prepare my inquiry” does not send the answers to The Design Factory and does not store them on our website. If you choose “Open prepared email,” your device opens its email application with the answers included. TDF receives the information only after you review and send that email.
RFPs, briefs, and scheduling requests
This website does not upload or store RFP files. The RFP path opens a prepared email so you can attach a document through your own email provider. Introductory-conversation requests also use email; the site does not embed a third-party scheduling service.
Information you choose to send
If you email or call TDF, we use the information you provide to respond, evaluate a potential engagement, prepare a proposal, or maintain an existing business relationship. Business correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, legal obligations, or recordkeeping.
Analytics, cookies, and technical logs
This release does not set analytics cookies or send interaction events to an external analytics provider. The website includes a measurement-ready event layer that does not transmit form contents. Our hosting provider may process standard request, security, device, and diagnostic logs needed to deliver and protect the site.
Third-party processors and external links
Your email provider, telephone carrier, browser, hosting provider, and any external website you choose to visit may process information under their own terms. TDF does not control those services. We do not sell personal information.
Security limitations
We take reasonable care with information we receive, but no website, email transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send passwords, financial account information, health information, or other highly sensitive data through the inquiry workflow.
Access, correction, and deletion requests
To ask what inquiry information TDF retains, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable, email Ari and Sederrick. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where required for legal, contractual, or recordkeeping reasons.
